Where do I use EarthenFire Tiles?
EarthenFire Tiles can be placed anywhere you would set ordinary tile: kitchen and bathroom counters, backsplashes and walls, tub surrounds, hearth surrounds, stair risers, table tops, signs, or as framed art.
Will they fit with regular tile?
Yes. They are standard size 6" X 6" and will set well with other tile. I use 6" bisque, Daltile as the glaze results are the best. I will work with other brands but may need to experiment with glazes first to be sure of the proper results.
Will the painted tiles fade?
No. The tiles are fired to 1900°F. The glaze is permanent.
How do I clean the tiles?
Any soft cleaner. Avoid abrasives.
Should I seal the tiles?
No. They are completely colorfast and the glaze seals the surface.
Will you match interior design colors and motifs?
Yes. Send samples and design ideas. Custom work is my specialty.
Will you do color changes on standard designs?
Yes. There is a 25% charge.
Can I create my own design?
Yes! Send pictures, photos, anything that you would like in your design and I can transfer it to tiles.
